I'm Yaoyao.

I'm Yaoyao. I'm a native Chinese speaker with 6+ years of experience in 1-to-1 online language teaching, and a professional background in marketing and project management.

Having worked in China, France, and Switzerland, I've spent much of my career communicating across languages, cultures, and professional environments. I'm also a lifelong language learner myself, and language learning has always been one of my greatest passions. I know the challenges, frustrations, and joys that come with learning a new language because I experience them too.

But what I love most about teaching languages is the people I meet along the way. Over the years, I've had the privilege of getting to know learners from different countries, generations, and walks of life. Our lessons often become more than language practice: we share stories about everyday life, talk about our challenges and little joys, and learn from each other.

That's what makes language learning so meaningful to me: language is not just a skill to master, but a way to connect with people and understand different lives.

Today, I combine my teaching experience, international professional background, and passion for languages to help international professionals and families communicate with Chinese speakers naturally, confidently, and meaningfully.
