These terms are between you and Yaoyao Language Coach, a sole proprietorship registered in Denmark (CVR: 46702328, contact: petalcee@gmail.com). By using this website, creating an account, booking a lesson, or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Yaoyao Language Coach is a language tutoring business. Everything we sell is live, one-to-one online Mandarin coaching delivered in person by Yaoyao: single lessons, prepaid lesson packages, and monthly coaching plans. We do not sell software, subscriptions to software, or automated services of any kind.

Registered students also get free access to supplementary self-study material that supports their lessons — articles, audio recordings, vocabulary quizzes, word lists, study plans, and interactive reading exercises. This material is complimentary, is never sold separately, and does not replace the coaching sessions. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your personal learning.

You must keep your account credentials confidential and are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering and booking.

You must not misuse the service, including:

• Using it for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam.
• Infringing intellectual property rights.
• Interfering with the service's security, introducing malware, probing, or scraping it.
• Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing the service or its content.

Study material is provided for personal language practice only. Automatically generated practice content may contain mistakes and is not a substitute for professional advice. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Lessons are booked through the schedule page. You may cancel a booked lesson at any time before it starts; when you cancel, the lesson credit is returned to your account balance. Prepaid lesson credits do not expire. Subscriptions remain active until the end of the paid billing period when cancelled.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe on behalf of Yaoyao Language Coach (CVR 46702328). Card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us. Billing questions, cancellations and refunds are handled directly by us — contact petalcee@gmail.com.

Prices are shown in EUR at checkout and may vary by student where a personal rate has been agreed.

We retain all ownership of the service and its content, including software, learning materials, documentation, and branding. You may not copy or redistribute them except for your own personal study.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is not permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When your access ends, you may request an export of your learning data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and disputes are subject to the courts of Denmark, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
